It was another great day at the plate for New York Mets third baseman Brett Baty. Despite the Mets coming up short against the Chicago Cubs on Saturday, losing 6-5, Baty once again proved that he belongs in the major leagues.

The right-hander handed the ball to reliever Huascar Brazobán, who delivered 1 2/3 scoreless innings with two strikeouts. Two relievers later, Max Kranick couldn’t keep the Mets in the game, allowing two runs on two hits and two walks to give the Cubs a 6-3 lead.
