Valley News Live received several calls from viewers wondering why the sirens went off in Fargo in the early afternoon. The City of Fargo says the 1:00 p.m. siren test had to do with demolition of a water tower.

FARGO — Fargo tested its tornado sirens Tuesday, July 22, as it prepared to dismantle a water tower in south Fargo.
