Fans lined up by the hundreds to get into the arena more than 90 minutes before start time, and also booed every time a US player was shown on video screens during pregame warmups.

The booing started at the Canadian Tire Centre on Feb. 1 in Ottawa, one day after U.S. President Donald Trump reached an agreement with Trudeau to hold off on imposing tariffs on goods from Canada going into the United States for a month.

Surprise, surprise… fans in Boston, MA this evening boo’ed the signing of ‘O Canada’ prior to puck drop at The 4 Nations Faceoff Final this evening. While fans didn’t exactly drown out the anthem… I kinda wish they had as Chantal Kreviazuk’s version wasn’t exactly my favourite.
