Ex-NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III claimed he spoke to someone in Angel Reese's "inner circle" who told him she "hates" Caitlin Clark.

The decision to put Angel Reese on the cover of the WNBA edition of NBA2K26 was one that drew a lot of questions.

Angel Reese was named the cover athlete for the NBA 2K26 WNBA Edition. To make the feat more special, Reese debuted her signature shoe on the cover.

Reese clapped back at the former NFL star after he stated that the WNBA forward has no love for Caitlin Clark.

Of course Clark’s biggest rival in the league is Angel Reese, who along with Clark was one of the biggest stars in college basketball during her time at LSU. Their rivalry has continued on to the WNBA where Reese plays for the Chicago Sky, but there’s not really any doubt that she’s a distant second behind Clark when it comes to star power.

Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky (6-13) play host to the best team in the WNBA, the Minnesota Lynx (18-3), on Saturday.
