A Buckeye intersection is shut down following a collision involving a school bus and a pickup truck on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say two students were taken to the hospital as a precaution after a small school bus and a pickup towing a trailer collided at a Buckeye intersection on Wednesday afternoon.

Crews are on the scene of a crash in Buckeye involving a school bus with several students on board. The Buckeye Police Department said the crash, which also involved a pickup truck, happened Wednesday afternoon near Rainbow Road and Sundance Parkway.
