After you have installed Windows 11 on your Raspberry Pi, you're free to start using the OS as you see fir. Or so I'd like to say, but the WoR version of Windows 11 is far from perfect.
NOOBS is the built-in operating system installer for Raspberry Pi. But if you already know which operating system you want to use, there's a quicker way to get your Pi up and running.
