The London-bound plane had barely left the runway at Ahmedabad airport before it careened back to earth. Everyone on board was killed, except for one passenger.

The aircraft was airborne for just 32 seconds before it lost altitude and slammed into a building 0.9 nautical miles from the runway, moments after takeoff from Ahmedabad airport on June 12.

The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau has released a preliminary report on its probe into the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, in which 241 people onboard the aircraft were killed, and only one survived.
