Celebrity chef Anne Burrell’s death has been ruled a suicide, authorities confirmed Thursday.

According to the Chief Medical Examiner’s report, her death was caused by “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine.”
