Richard sued Combs last year, alleging that he groped, assaulted and imprisoned her, and threatened her life when she tried to intervene in defense of Cassie Ventura.

Combs faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Richard also told the court that along with herself, Ventura and Combs, others at the dinner were Usher, rapper Ne-Yo and then Interscope Geffen A&M Records CEO Jimmy Iovine.
