Police and the Deep River Fire Department responded at 4:15 p.m. for an aircraft that had crashed on Cedar Lake Road, also known as Route 145, police said. DEEP RIVER, Conn. — Connecticut State Police troopers along with local fire crews are responding to a small downed plane in Deep River on Friday evening.
