Illinois law enforcement officers should be allowed to arrest Texas House Democrats who have been staying in the Chicago area this week, Attorney General

The attorney general is calling on the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution, which says states should typically honor each other’s judicial proceedings.

"This court must give full faith and credit to warrants duly issued by the Texas House of Representatives," the lawsuit states.
