With the Charlotte Hornets set to begin a back-to-back in California, the team is going to be extremely careful with the workload of center Mark Williams, as they have all season long. The third-year big man was starting to get into a flow of things prior to the trade with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Spurned by the Los Angeles Lakers due to a failed physical and returned to the Hornets following the agreed upon Feb. 6 deal for Dalton Knecht, Cam Reddish and draft pick compensation prior to the NBA trade deadline, Williams has been on quite the ride lately. And the emotional roller coaster was enough to leave him a tad queasy.

The Charlotte Hornets are set to face the Sacramento Kings on Monday at 10 p.m. ET, following one of the worst losses in the organization's history. Before hitting the court against the Kings, Charlotte was blown out in a matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers .
