MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The man charged with killing one Minnesota lawmaker and wounding another in what prosecutors have described as a meticulously planned attack, had dozens of apparent targets, including officials in at least three other states.

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are pressing for more detailed security briefings and calling on leadership to do more to protect their members.

Vance Boelter, 57, impersonated law enforcement when he carried out the violent rampage early Saturday, authorities said.
