Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said she uncovered evidence that directly points to former President Barack Obama "leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment" about Russia’s involvement in the 2016 U.

Gabbard’s comments come amid the declassification of a trove of documents from the U.S. intelligence community that claim the Obama administration politicized intelligence.

The director of national intelligence gave the Justice Department little warning before she demanded an investigation.

Other declassified materials show that the Russian intelligence reports Gabbard cited were already found to be “objectively false.”

Among the Russian intelligence was what Gabbard described as “high-level Democratic National Committee emails that detailed evidence of Hillary’s, quote: ‘psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression and cheerfulness” and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.
