After a dominant opening round win over LIU, Virginia Women's Lacrosse is going to face ACC opponent Duke to try and advance to the next round of the NCAA Tourn

The Stony Brook women’s lacrosse team lost to second-ranked and defending champion Boston College, 10-7, in the second round of the NCAA Division I Tournament on Sunday afternoon in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Quarterfinal appearances in the NCAA Tournament are no longer a given for Maryland women’s lacrosse. Having advanced to 13 consecutive quarterfinals from 2007 to 2019, the Terps have now failed to get out of the second round in three of the past five years.
