Starship exploded during its last two tests, but SpaceX has "satisfactorily addressed" the causes of its last mishap.

Federal regulators gave SpaceX the green light for another test flight of Starship, the most powerful launch vehicle ever constructed, after mishaps earlier this year rained debris near populated islands.

SpaceX has a few more regulatory hurdles to clear before its gigantic Starship spacecraft can soar halfway around the world once again.
