Showrunner Todd Harris aims to deepen Wakanda’s mythology across time periods and epic storylines. Expect some Marvel cameos, including Iron Fist, along with a star-studded voice cast.

With episodes directed by Todd Harris. With animated by Marvel Animation. Disney will debut the Eyes of Wakanda series streaming on Disney+ starting on August 27th, 2025 later this summer.

Director Todd Harris introduced the episode, titled “Into the Lion’s Den,”before a Q&A session on the morning of June 9.

Eyes of Wakanda is the newest addition to the ever-growing Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Disney+ anthology series showcases various parts of Wakandan history in its episodes.
