The FBI says the suspect responsible for detonating a car bomb outside a California fertility clinic appears to have been motivated by anti-natalist ideology.

Investigators are combing through the writings of a 25-year-old man believed responsible for an explosion that ripped through a Southern California fertility clinic over the weekend.

The person killed in the Saturday explosion outside a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, is a 25-year-old from Twentynine Palms, the FBI said Sunday.
