A flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Milwaukee-Sullivan at 7:12 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18. This warning applies to Rock County. The NWS warns: "Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads."

A flood warning was released by the NWS Wilmington NC on Monday at 8:45 p.m. valid from Tuesday 2 a.m. until Friday 8 a.m. for Robeson County.

A flash flood warning has been issued for parts of Burlington County on Sunday evening as severe thunderstorms hit the state. The warning runs through 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
