The Boston Red Sox would have to "eat most if not all of" a major contract to make room for the Philadelphia Phillies slugger.

The Boston Red Sox don't get enough heat for allowing Kyle Schwarber to walk. Schwarber has been arguably the top power hitter in Major League Baseball outside of a few guys over the past few years, continuing to do so during the 2025 campaign with 33 bombs and 75 RBIs.

The MLB trade deadline is just days away. The Red Sox are trying to get better, but their manager says they're better positioned than they were the last few deadlines.
