For many people standing on the start line of the London Marathon is a once in a lifetime opportunity, however, for one Shropshire man it is a challenge that he has become "addicted to achieving again and again and again".

For Louise Butcher, running topless is just a way of life. After a double mastectomy two years ago, running bare-chested is a means to shed what she describes as the “baggage of social norms” and embrace everything a life without bras has to offer.

“I am lucky to be here still. I should have stopped walking years ago, but I am adamant that I will continue to face the challenge and push through,” he said. “I want to show the MND community, and inspire others, that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
